Short stop at Belgrade, on the road, then up to this beautiful lake. The Flathead River's various forks crossed our paths several times while in Montana. Boating/resort towns all along the lake front, quiet beaches, tall forests of pine and birch. Very relaxing!

Uncle Jimmy knocked on the door of our RV early Monday morning and we all piled into his pick-up and headed out to where the praire meets the Rockies and where Mike's great great grandparents homesteaded. While we were out in Seattle, we drove to the cattle ranch that James' aunt and uncle run in Polson, Montana. James loves it here and it was easy for me to see why! We did a cattle roundup on horseback, rode 4-wheelers, and visited Glacier National Park. A great trip!
