... my hotel (which was in the middle of a construction zone, BTW).

    Remember, I love you, Mom.

After that, it was all a stumbling slide towards the bed in my room. I charged all chargeable appliances, ordered myself room service, ate in bed, and passed out with pizza sauce in my hair (I'm still not sure how it got there).

Just let that image soak in for a moment. It's beautiful, yeah?

That's it for tonight. Love you!

were both asleep. I let them sleep till they finally woke up and decided to go to bed.

We talked radio, I told him what I did and where I was from. He was very intrigued. He had to get on the air in a few minutes, so I gave him my business card, and then walked back to the hotel. For the 3rd night in a row I ordered room service for dinner, then got to bed early as I knew I had a long day ...

... so bellman shuffling around, all trying to talk to you at the same time, didn't seem to well organized. Then went to check-in and this is where the fun really started. We give the front desk manager our name and are promptly informed he can't find our reservation. He searches for 5 minutes apparently looking for our name but the very moment we offer our reservation number he happens to find it on his computer. It's now 1:15pm and we are told our room will not be ready until ...

    Toronto islands

A travel blog entry by izyeejx on Aug 28, 2013

... It was also very strange to see a very thick fog at the beach. After the islands we went back to the Cavern to watch the Blue Jays play the Yankee. It was the third game of the series and probably the most exciting. In the first inning, poor pitching and mistakes by the Yankees led to a 4-0 lead. In the next inning, Encarnacion hit a double run home run putting the blue jays 6-0 ahead of the Yankees. The game ended 7-2. We were happy ...
