... onions and mushrooms with pasta. For dessert Courtney and I enjoyed hand made sorbets featuring coconut, pineapple and passion fruit with a madeleine cookie. Nancy had the strawberry cream cake. Before dinner was finished we saw two faces peeking in at us through the front window of the dining room, waving at us. It was Michele and her friend Julie who had just arrived from Nova Scotia to spend the next week with her at her timeshare. We hadn't met Julie up ...

The only part I didn't enjoy was the start as they had you climbing up the track at a completely vertical incline, not fun.

There have been a lot of children that I have been talking about in my posts that have truly impacted my life. COTN has a sponsorship program for $32 a month that I wanted to share if you are interested in!

    Benefits of sponsorship:

    • Breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday
    • Soap for the month (I think they get about 4 bars each?) This is not only for cleanliness ...

The Animal Kingdom is where you are able to meet many animals of all types. You can see kangaroos jumping around and see a tiger go to the dentist. One of my favourite rides is Kilimanjaro Safaris where you can take a ride though the African Savannah to search for lions, elephants giraffes and more. ...
