    ... treated us chicken enchiladas with homemade red sauce & Elisa made her mom's delicious chicken salad--to help tone down the "heat" from the red sauce!!! Sat. night, Diego came over & prepared tantalizing roast pork sandwiches & potato salad! Everything--EXCELLENT at the Cocina de Holguin!!! Well, it's a 107 degree goodnight from Weatherford, TX! We have been on the road since 2:30 a.m., so I will bid everyone goodnight! Onward ...

    ... have to unhook the truck. This will not do. So, I moved to another site, unlevel, get hooked up, the trailer is cooling down ever so slowly. I am sitting under a tree, smoking a cigar. Next is a glass of Jamison's. Needless to say, this KOA will not be on my return trip. And, I will write a non-flattering review.     ... tonight.     Sunday morning  we head EAST on I-20 tomorrow.  We plan to stop in Vicksburg, Ms., Pensacola, Fl. and then home by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. It has been an AWESOME TRIP.  We are looking forward to getting back to Florida for the winter.  My last entry will be next week, when we are safely home.
