... booked in to do the flying experience (sans plane), so whilst we enjoyed a lunch with Nanny, Grandpa, Rosie, Brody and Marni, Matt ate his quickly and went for his flying lesson. The rest of us turned up just to watch. It was great fun watching, there were groups of fliers and each had a minute turn in the wind tunnel...Matt did really well and went for an additional go at the end. Well done, Babe....whats next?

Okay so I now I've said its been cold, but today was another level altogether! Great, because we need the snow!

We took off for a family walk, so on all the clothes and winter boots...except for Marni, she wanted to wear her sparkly skipping shoes. What to do? We went with it, if it gets her on her feet, who are we to push for the winter boots that will keep her feet warm? So two pairs of sock and sparkly skipping shoes it was. And we ...

... s. We then had the big family lunch all over again. No watching or talking about the Sydney to Hobart! We did discuss the snow and the impending snow storm. It has started to snow in Les Houches, which is great. The temperatures are set to drop in the UK too.

Matt returned and we went for a quick walk to Bare and the Morecambe seafront to and made sure that we were back in time for the arrival of the Embrey family, Liz, Mike, Alexander, Lincoln and Annabelle. The Morecambe seafront was blowing a gale and was very icy cold - a northerly wind.
