Day 182 Palampur to McCleod Ganj
Today we were woke up to some very unexpected and funny news. A picture of Me, Claire, Fred, Hugo, Steve and J.Ps leg was on the front page of the local paper. It had been taken before the cricket game yesterday and below it it said something like, "foreigners enjoying the game"(in Hindi). Day 181 IPL at Dharmasala
We woke up to the sound of Steve excitedly shouting CRICKET! Hooray today is the IPL! We got our taxi at 9am and made it to Dharmasala in good time. Picking up the tickets we realized we might be the only white people in the crowd which would be fun. We decided to get some lunch early as the gates open at 12pm. Heavenly end to the trip
... at our favourite thali place (regulars now! ) then we have to get to the airport in Mangalore tomorrow- no direct bus so had to be a taxi, and if it's got to be a taxi it may as well be an Ambassador !! Yeeaaah !!!

I have always wanted to head up Dharmasala way with my love of the Dalai Lama and yoga but it was an eventful journey from Haridwar…though my 1st overnight train was actually fine!
