... we stopped in a small restaurant to have a drink. Because we liked the cherry beer so much, I decided to try the raspberry one. It was definitely still good, but the cherry was much better in my opinion! We cut our time a bit short, and booked it across the street to the train station. When we got on the train, we had to walk through at least 8 or 9 cars before finding seats together. At the stop in Brugge we said goodbye to Jane and started the journey back ...

Renee: Why Brugge? What is Brugge or "Bruges" in French and English? Well, for lack of a better explanation, I thought Belgium was an underestimated country, and people have said to visit places like Brugge in the north. Its true, it is quaint, with some very charming medievel architecture and canals running throughout the city.
