... Sozopol that I almost missed leaving. I thought that I could just wait until the evening and take a bus to Burgas, the town nearby, and then get a bus to Istanbul. I told this to the hostel owner and she got on the phone and somehow managed to get me the last seat on a bus from Burgas to Istanbul. There's overt 12,000 people living here and they're definitely supported by the tourist industry with street upon street of shops and souvenirs, for the most part just that... tacky souvenirs.
