      Today we purposely stayed off the highways, keeping to the more tourist friendly roads heading towards Stockholm. Drove through many quaint towns, acknowledging how much water this country has!       The forecast was correct in that the promised rain and wind happened but fortunately for us, by around 11:00 it was more or less over and indeed, by late afternoon the sun was back out, which helped lighten my spirits.
