      ... I realised I had mistakenly placed a bidet towel on the hand towel rail....Ugghhh and oops. I will

      Tomorrow- we have a cooking class on the property headed by the Countessa and we eat what we make for lunch.. Then we go to Paestrum to see ruins, and then go to see mozzarella being made- we also view the buffalo.

      Today starts out as a lazy day. The Hotel Amalfi room is on the small side but nice and it was quiet last night. We get a good nights sleep and take our time getting ready, repacking everything for our move to the apartment. When we get downstairs, Giuseppe Lucibello is there and is ready to take us to our apartment.       Having stayed up until 0200 creating
      yesterday's blog and attempting to upload it and two photos, we woke
      up a little after 1000, giving us less than 30 minutes before we were
      to join our cooking classmates for an excursion to the atelier, a
      medieval watchtower facing the sea used to protect the coast to
      against invasion by the Muslims. The current proprietor is an artist
      who specializes in humorous seaside works.
