    ... and we didn't know how long we'd need at the ruins. We asked in the information office. One guy tried to help us but didn't fully understand we wanted open tickets. In the end we decided we'd be able to see the museum tonight so hope we'd do the ruins in 2 hours tomorrow. It seems we could buy regional tickets in Paestum but not all the way to Rome. We got returns to Salerno as there's a deal to get us 2 for the price of one to Rome but only if you buy before the weekend so ...

    ... driver that he call Casa Privata, which he does, so in a few minutes a porter will meet me and carry my luggage. So I sit in the hot sun waiting, and waiting. We had some time to kill before the train so we stopped at a small restaurant. A man played the accordion near by and then came over asking for money. He was quite persistant.
