    ... on this fine North Eastern tour
    was the fishing port of Lossiemouth. It’s a marvelous little village built on
    the fishing grounds that used to provide its income. It has seen its share of
    tragedy as has most fishing villages. Most notable is the Stotfield disaster on
    Christmas Day 1806. The upshot of this was that the village of Stotfield west
    of Lossiemouth was left with 17 widows, 47 orphaned children and 2 old men. It

    ... played holes completed the week nicely..

    most were a bit tired and weary, some focused on the journey home, others lamenting that the week was too short....

    Fairly quick round, with IM confused by me marking his ball on one hole.!!!!

    Breathless day with a very heavy dew, made for finding balls in the rough quite difficult...

    good week all round and plant to return in 2015.

    ... so improvement always good.
    Spent some time appreciating silence and enjoying the view. PK is an interesting character and enjoyed sharing a buggy with him.
    The Judge swept the board with an outstanding first 12 holes...

    Challenging putting surface which made us look like beginners quite often...

    ... kata and Allie on my guiding ability. To be fair there was points that I was unsure, but don't tell them that! We decided that with our success we deserved a beer. We went back to cheers the pub we drank at the night before. There we met a man named Nick he was probably 75(as he kept saying if we was 50 yrs younger he'd marry either one of the girls) he had no front teeth and you could barly understand him he bought us a round of wiskey and sad good-bye 5 times before he left. ...
