We took a walk along the beach to Covesea lighthouse and back to the Beach bar where I had nice pile of fish and chips whilst watching Ghana draw 2 all with Germany. On the way we passed a touching memorial at Stotfield. On Christmas day 1806 the entire male population of this hamlet (baring kids and OAPs) were lost at sea.

I told her it was fine, let’s just get to the train. Now, bearing in mind I had already experienced a fairly overwhelming day, what ensued very nearly finished me off. We arrive at the ...

... blah blah my cappuccino is a disgusting mottling of cold coffee particles floating in a swamp of damp foam now!!!! I used to be such a nightmare you know...the whole topsy-turvy sleeping, partying, arguing, working, running myself into the ground thing did absolutely nothing for my inner zen.

Brendan enjoyed a wee dram of fine whiskey with Simon and Maureen, thought he should get into it since we are currently in the middle of whiskey making country. It was lovely catching up with these guys. Figured out Brendan's now the age that Simon was when he visited NZ. Night all Brendan and Lauren xx 30 July We decided to head east along the coast today to check out the many small fishing villages from Lossiemouth to Banff. ...
