    ... and clean and you don't feel like you could get killed down there, unlike the other ones. You use the fob to reserve a time and you can't get into any of the rooms unless it is the time for the room that you reserved so you don't need to worry about people taking your clothes. That was just a mess.
    It's been a hectic week, that's for sure, but I am curious to see what this upcoming week will bring in the classroom. Hopefully we can help out ...

    ... I say all the time. Then her mate a young lad joined in saying the accent was great. Weird these swedes. Well time for sleeping now and hopefully the rain will have stopped for our journey tomorrow to Pajala (nicknamed pyjama by me and ed) another 300 miles to do and we should cross the Arctic circle tomorrow - 66 degrees but will be pushing on last that Hope you are all ok and thanks Val for the comments, great to know someone is reading my ramblings ...

    ... are so nice. I think all Swedes are very nice. We had so much fun and I really enjoyed listening to everyone speaking in Swedish. However, everyone here is so kind to switch to English for me. Even when I have been shopping. As soon as I say something in English the people working in the stores or restaurants switch to English.

    ... clear example. While the river is significantly larger than BC's Fraser river, it's annual aggregate salmon return may only be 1 million fish. The Fraser's returns, while varying wildly, often easily top 10 million. The Columbia River has at least 8 dams on it-the Fraser has none.

    BC Hydro is forecasting the province's power consumption levels to rise 40% in the next 20 years. That is a staggering increase.
