    ... on South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. - not the most original trip but perfect for what we want. Cheap bit of fun to help stick to a tight budget. Lots of culture, followed by good sun and easy living. On the 30th August the count down stops. We head out to Bangkok with a stop over in Dubai. I'll be using this blog to keep in touch, put up pictures and keep track of all the experiences...... Well that's the plan anyway. Wish us luck. I'll be in touch ...

    ... he had bowled all year and if he bowled it to anyone else that they wouldn't have edged it. Rob, Ian, Myself, Tani, Browny and Tahir were all back in the shed to leave us reeling at 6/45. Dave batted brilliantly for 46 while Doc got 32 to at least give us a total of 150 all out in 34 overs. You are never going to win a game of cricket making 150, especially against the star-studded lineup of Whitley Hall. Rob bowled really well again and picked up ...

We sat down with Big Steve and Nicola which we enjoyed as they are more our type of people as opposed to Nikki and Deb, even if Steve and Nicola are old enough to be our parents. We watched the first half of the bands performance before we walked back to the house to get a good nights sleep before cricket against Whitley Hall ...

    Last two vaccinations on Thursday- the 3rd Hepatitis A and B and the 3rd Rabies, cannot wait for that to be over!

    ... Bryan went off to buy fresh duck eggs from the small holding nearby that we remember from our last visit 2 years ago. He was disappointed to report that there were no duck eggs but he did buy 38 quails eggs. He has cooked 20 and is sitting peeling them at the moment. (He regrets buying so many as they take a long time to peel).
