    ... breakfast went on a longer bike ride, such a beautiful place. We caused a bit of a stir biking through the centre of town, four adults and seven kids (six on bikes of their own)! We were very sad to say goodbye, especially after such a short visit, but had to make it back to Canmore that afternoon. It was a special time that we really appreciated, gave us some good insight into moving to Canada and challenged us in other ways as well.  Always lovely seeing ...

    ... fish that are found in the St. Marys River are Whitefish, Pike, Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout. The Rocky Mountains are known as the backbone of the world. Lodge there is Rising Sun Lodge (Eastern Park Lodge) No Hunting is allowed in the park. Fishing is catch and release. In the beginning for the tribe treaty rights allowed them to hunt all year (cant hunt moose). Game was getting scarce so in the 1980s and 1990s they adopted to state rules.     ... and told us we would have to go back into the US to sell Bessy before we left Canada on the 27 September (luckily our last destination is just on the border). He flagged our passports and said we could not leave the country until our license plate went back across into the US. Unfortunately for us, a guy Matt was chatting to at the local RV dump in Fernie said it would be worth the paperwork, we could get a lot more than we paid for her in Canada...so I guess we have 2 1/2 months ...

    ... speed as well.

    The team at the first aid station were great ,checking him out for concussion and substance abuse etc etc.. and the best part was , it was all free.

    He is fine now, back on the beers and not seeing double anymore so his pool games can only get better....

    They encourage helmets now and I can see why – compacted snow does hurt..

    ... We head up for Kootenay NP, taking the old highway in which they say there are more chances to see wildlife. No way, we are not lucky today. A short stop at Vista Lake is all for today at Banff.
    We enter Kootenay with no information at all, as I said, the visitor center is in the middle of the park, and I think there should be one at each entrance...
