      ... pass through US immigration and customs even though you are just in transit. It's rather annoying. You also have to pick your bag up and walk it a short way just to drop it off again. 2014 country number 10 - USA So after I had faffed around with all of that, it was 1.30pm already. We flew United who are very good and very well organised and you are allocated a group number on your boarding pass which they strictly adhere to.       Today is Pauls 41st birthday. Paul had bacon, eggs and bagel for breakfast and now we are off to the everglades for an airboat adventure. A nice change, it will only be 28 degrees today.

      Well it was amazing. The airboat ride was thrilling and two alligators came right up to the boat. We were a foot away from them as the airboat is a very flat boat that sits just above the 1 1/2 feet of water of the everglades.

This should be an Olympic Sport – dashed through the double doors and spotted my coach at the very end of the line, its engine already running and the door closed.
