... people started asking about what we were doing. The going was great under foot all the way to Robin Hoods bay. A few slippy bits especially on the steps but fine. I was surprised to over take Nikki Carr but she soon sped past me.

Started of the day at the local gym with Jo. Then back home for a nice breakfast. Off to Bridlington for the afternoon to see John & Trish. Had s nice lunch at Rags.
