... we headed off to bed to read a good book, satisfied we had made the big push through the midwest and now poised to head into Columbus to see my cousin, do some restocking of the larder (Sraddha found a Peet's Coffee store, hee hee) and, hopefully complete the engine service and tire rotation on CharLi, and even get Mr. Toad a bath.

This is the same KOA as last time, so there really isn't much new to say about the campground. There are more people here than last time.

Tonight we had Grandma's cheese and bean quesadillas for supper and they were delicious. Tomorrow should be a shorter ride because were headed to Cambridge, Ohio.

See you all soon!

As soon as we pulled into Rushville, I remembered it from last season: we had parked our RV behind the Chamber of Commerce and I think we had some events set up for us by the sponsors, but what I mostly remember is walking up and down the one main street, seeing a scary looking porcelain doll in an antique store window, and eating at the corner diner with Kyle and Beth, who had driven out to see us. It's very strange to be back in these towns again after ...
