    ... notorized and signed by Megan giving us permission to take Teague with us.....without that paper, he would not have allowed us to enter.

    Lots of huge wheat fields and cattle ranches with the mountain running along to the west.

    We could not find a decent campground so kept driving up to Calgary. We had no idea that Cakgary was that big (1.1 million) and we hit it at Friday rush hour.

    ... except Riley) slept particularly well knowing we were to get up at 5am. Even though our flight isn't that early, we needed to avoid traffic delays since it's still a weekday here plus with snow around, who knew what the roads would be like. Luckily all was good on both fronts.

    We are now just under an hour from getting on our 3-hour flight to LA. And yes, just a little excited!

    Morning: 7 C (Dallas-sunny & few thin clouds) Afternoon: 4 C (Calgary-overcast & snow) Talked to the front desk clerk who told me there is a NASCAR event this weekend as well as a Dallas Cowboys football game that filled the hotel up.
