... and relaxed for 20 minutes before Kelly and Raghad left to shop on Michigan Avenue. The rest of us stayed behind. Nathan went to Andy's room to play DS with Lucas. Ryan took a nap and I started working on this blog.
We plan on going down for the Manager's reception at the hotel. However, we are not 100% sure what the plan is for tonight.

... Alicia's house. El Pipila was a miner who became a hero during the Mexican War of Independence when he strapped a stone to his back to protect himself from the musket fire of the Spanish, and set the Spanish fort on fire, allowing the Mexican insurgents entry to gain the fort. The view from El Pipila is impressive, during the day and at night.
After this we were quite exhausted, so we bid David and Clara good night and made our way back to our lovely abode.

Early start for the flight to Chicago, nice upgrade at the gate so flew in style"nice". Landed at Chicago and checked messages one from jennifer and Stuart saying they arriving in Chicago!!! I messaged said I'm in Chicago are u stopping or in transit? They said stopping we are getting a car... I said us too we are on shuttle bus on way to Avis they said us too!!!! Amazing they travelling from UK me from NZ and we randomly be at the same car rental firm in the same city in the middle ...

Bright and early at it again, time's precious and there's lots to see. After debating several times over plans, we decided to ride the El around the loop to check out the architecture at another level. Really cool perspective and got to see some neat reflections. It's only 10 minutes around, so feel free to ride it day and night. For us, we did the 1 loop, then continued on south and switched to the Red Line to check out Chinatown.

... whale and dolphin show and a 4D movie. We had never seen a 4D movie before - it was a short Ice Age animation from the franchise with all the characters including dinosaurs. As well as 3D glasses when something happened - like an animal sneezing - water sprayed on your face, wind rushed past your face. It was really good although Cameron was quite freaked out at the T-Rex roaring at his face so had to take the glasses off.
