... Such a let down but whatever I had like half a loaf so no don't judge. We had a walking tour of the city which was super cute, like something out of a fairy tale! We then walked over to one of the lakes and the water was so blue! Apparently it was glacier water so thats why its so blue. It was also snowing and words couldn't describe how mad I was at first, I left Michigan to get away from the cold! Then I realized it was still like 38 degrees out and ...

... still harping on about pre-match **** (how does that man still make it on TV?), we started to wonder what time kick-off would actually be.

Apparently we were an hour ahead of ourselves as the broadcast comes from the UK Sky network, so as 5pm approached, other rugby fans started to filter in, and we were well and truly ready for the kick-off.

... course it was just blowing gale force winds and didn't clear. One side eventually did though and we did be some awesome views down the valley. Next stop was to get outside into the snow which is through another tunnel - story of the day was when Scott threw a snow ball at me and it turned out it was an ice block and really whacked me in the leg...not as funny as he was hoping it would be with me hopping around in pain! We did start getting some views down ...

In the two weeks before we visited there was 7m snowfall – in June – summer, not unheard of but the amount of rainfall had been much greater than historically expected….certainly made the views spectacular.
