The ceilings were stunning and I enjoyed seeing the carpet with its pattern which carefully delineating a space for each Muslim to kneel down.
Although I admired the windows, tiles and general adornment, the strong smell of feet and the unpleasant feeling under mine of slightly damp carpet meant I was glad to escape and wondered how they managed to concentrate to pray in such a strongly scented place.
