    • I went to the town square to catch the start of the walking tour. A couple of other people from the hostel also arrived but the guide never showed up.
    • I walked around the castle and the castle garden instead. I wanted to go up the tower as well but it was closed today. All museums and attractions seem to be closed on Mondays in Europe.

      ... bones arranged in various displays – chandeliers and such. It was interesting walking around, i took a few pictures, then left the church, had a look at the grave yard, then walked down the road. I found a small souviner place, picked up a few things, then headed back to the coach.

      ... the path leads into dense woods, partly dirt, the road became fairly narrow and no traffic.(this stretch is not shown on the map).
      Pleasant forest road along Vlutava (=Moldau) river lead me at last to Zamosti, small town about 3km before Hluboka. There are some places to stay here if not go thru to Hluboka town.
