Michaela here ... Brrrrrr.... We made it into historic Salzburg after only a 2 hour train trip from Munich. Immediately we were hit with a fresh blast of chilled air, still no snow, but it gave us an excuse to whip out the jumbo jackets. Welcome to Austria! Today was really cloudy again so Sharon & Mike decided to explore one of the winter walking paths in the area, a round trip from Soll to Itter which was an 8 mile walk. Was nice to stretch the legs. The others all headed off skiing having a mixed bag of weather. But again no fallers, much to Roger's disappointment. A good day had by all meeting up for dinner to swap the days ...
