... is made and distributed in Switzerland - not sure if I like knowing that Cheese lasts for a year or not, but it was still quite awesome bc we ate lunch here and everything was full of awesome cheese!
It has been a great start so far - our program has 33 students from all over and it has been fun getting to know everyone and seeing how University life differs in Europe from the U.S!

... their days shovelling the snow from their drive and the footpaths - not even the council just random people. I can understand it if you needed to get your car out but they will shovel like all of it... I haven't figured out if there is a point to it yet haha...
Anyway we found a little park at Lindau waterfront ,which looked like it would be very nice in summer and they had a little house where you can rent paddle boards - all closed at the moment ...
... sky were the same colour and pretty much blended together it looked cool.
After we had checked in we went for a walk and managed to find a café which was open for dinner. I got a sandwich and one of the best hot chocolates I've had in a long time. It was really nice and we will probably go back there. Once we walked back it was already dark and the snow is settling still, I think it could get pretty deep!
