I have been very pleasantly surprised by the car rental costs. Much cheaper than expected. The parade lasted the better part of an hour and we were at the very start so we saw it all when everybody was fresh. Words are not enough.
After the parade we strolled up toward the shopping district and went to the top floor of the Galleria department store where they have a restaurant and a lovely view of the city. A cold beverage was had by all.
