... The museum is big, but most of it is very compartmentalized and sectioned off into small rooms so it wouldn't be very fun being amidst a crowd. The museum was quite impressive, not just in its collection of antiquities but the way it was set up. It was rather... philosophical in many ways? Like they would ask questions like, what is a family? What would it mean to see who and what these people were buried with? What does your country mean to you? And so on. With thought ...

It was a really great chance for me to meet all of Lars' family, even some coming from Signe's side, Lena and Gunnel, daughters ...

... to the ground in the 17th century. The palace comprises 608 rooms, which apparently makes it the largest in the world still used for its original purpose. We saw the Royal Apartments, the Royal Church, Gustav III's Antikmuseum, a collection of mostly sculptures. From the Palace we saw the Storkyrkan, the Great Church then headed over towards the National Museum building we could see from Gamla Stan. Unfortunately the collection has temporarily been relocated. So ...

... early at 4.05am. Apparently most toilets in Sweden you need to pay for 5kroner which equals around 90c. We then walked down to the abba museum and I can say one thing about Sweden things are expensive. A coffee is around $6 Australian. Museums you need to pay for. We walked around Tivoli park which is similar to luna park. Back on the bus for a trip around old town walking ...
