Friday was a quiet day, as Lisa and Brian left for a relative's funeral in Cincinnati. I did a bit of sight-seeing, then spent the rest of the day enjoying the quiet. I've not had a day where I wasn't traveling, visiting with people, seeing sights, or whatever in a long time, and it was lovely.
Tomorrow is another long day as I head west to Topeka and a visit with my brother David and his wife, Edie.
... they were sliders, so mini burgers that blake could eat in 2 mouthfuls), 2 fries and 2 drinks. I could only eat 3 burgers. Blake ate 7. 2 of them ended up in the trash. Yep, safe to say we felt sick afterwards. The burgers weren't great basically bread, meat (if you can call it that), plastic cheese and a pickle (minus the pickle bleh). White Castle has now been ticked off the list.
Tomorrow we head to Florida. Miami here we come!

... State Museum, Central Canal, Veterans Memorial, Soldiers Monument and Wrigley (Victory) Field. The trail was a very good way to see the city. It was marked out nice and obviously so that you couldn't get lost and it has a separate path making it easy to get around and not have to worry about pedestrians.

That decision meant that there were 6 green flag racing laps to the finish and the 200,000 plus crowd were rewarded with the second closest finish in race history with American Ryan Hunter-Reay taking the victory.
