... butter or margarine. It was good but very filling. So even though Barbara said I could have seconds and thirds, I only managed about 2/3 of my original portion. Thus fortified, I set off and arrived at the Aqueduct Park to bike in a westerly direction. Today's ride was very relaxing in a way. The surface was still stone dust mostly but fairly even and very flat. This is one of the flattest sections of the ...

He's the best travel partner and the best husband and the best navigator and the best adventurer and the best... well, just everything. There's no one I would have rather shared this trip with than him. I can't wait for so many more adventures with him. ...

The one where I pack too much

... I was so proud of myself for creating this beautiful, expandable folder with slots for each destination. I printed off train ticket confirmations and hotel addresses and contacts. And then I realized... I really don't need it. And it takes up a TON of space. Instead, I've made all of the documents available offline in Google Drive and I'll access them from my phone.

There are a few maps that we'll be using - I'll just pack those in my hiking bag ...
