... The museum also included a submarine, a Concorde and a space shuttle! Was excellent! We made our way over to MOMA (museum of modern art) and as you'd expect on a rainy day, it was packed. Didn't take long to drop off bags/coats and get tickets and get in, but it was very busy inside and I was amazed they had so many priceless works of art completely unprotected - no barriers, glass cases etc... ... holes in it so you could put your cone of fries down to eat. The fries were piping hot and so was the shop. I loved the fries but wasn't able to eat much before starting to feel stuffed. I headed out in search of a cold treat. I stopped at a neighborhood ice cream shop called Sundaes and Cones for a scoop of mint chocolate chip. I ate that on my way to the movie theatre where I paid $14 to see a matinee. I'm not even sure that I've paid $14 to see a movie ...
