Hoo, boy, this turned out to be a loooong day, and probably the second longest one day drive of my life. I had once driven from Denver to Dallas in one day, but this came pretty close.

... just that little bit more. While we were standing there listening to the music, I saw 2 giant poodles enjoying the night with their owners and just had to go up to them and say hello. Their personalities are just like Louie's it is just that their bodies are so much bigger - maybe a giant poodle with come into our lives in years to come!

Then a path leads to the swimming pool area of the home and behind the swimming pool is an eternal flame and the final resting place of Elvis, his parents, and his grandmother. ... not having food in the tent because of bears. Since then we have been mindful of coyotes, bob cats, mountain lions, tarantulas and scorpions. It appears we are back to being mindful about bears again. We've been told to lock away food as they do have unwanted visitors to the park, basically we are not home and dried just yet. Oh! forgot to mention we've come across a few black widow spiders in the process of putting up our tents. Nice! ...
... the other people going on the tour, it's a great bunch, nice and small (less than 20 of us) and there's a few Aussie's too. We just spent the last half an hour talking really fast to each other, yah! - my accent gets stronger and the ability for people to understand me lessens when I talk too fast here ;)
PS again I note sometimes when I read back through the odd typo. It's the silly predicted text, I shall have to keep a closer eye on it, ...
