      Free Shuttle!

Seems as the hotel is off the main strip, they provide a free shuttle to and from the hotel.
We found this very helpful as we were travelling in a group of 5, which can be difficult finding a maxi taxi.

Location was perfect as we were not planning on hitting the night clubs in the strip, area felt very safe.

We stopped again an hour later, though by this time I was nearly slipping into a boredom induced coma, so that Ralf could get gas. Eventually we made our way towards Death Valley, stopping three or four times to look at some bloody flowers or something. We were then given the 'option' of either doing the tour as advertised, which involved a tour ...

This is an interesting destination to visit with several museums, including the railway museum, the Sacramento history museums, the Delta King river boat, and a tall sailing ship. There are numerous restaurants on period themed shops to browse. Our next stop was for lunch at Biba Restaurant. For those of you who don’t know, Biba Caggiano, is a famous Italian chef, TV personality, traveller, ...

Everyone knows the cliche so I won't say it - I wouldn't spell out all of my crimes on the internet anyway. What did we do.... Our first activity was a bus, flight, helicopter ride, walk, boat trip, helicopter, bus, bus, plane and bus (whew!) trip to the Grand Canyon. Even Lea thought the views were pretty amazing and that's ...

... You don't feel like you're actually making much progress and then we had arrived at our castle themed hotel. We left the car with the valet and before we had even made it to the registration desk we were harassed by a woman enquiring as to where we were from and offered up some discount tickets… what's the catch? Oh two hours of your time at a timeshare presentation. Oh ok, that sounds like a great deal oh and a deposit. Still relatively cheap! ...

Even though I went to bed late I still woke up early. Maybe it was my eagerness to see The Vegas sunrise. It was well worth it, the sky was clear and the sunrise created an orange glow all around the mountains that surround the city. It's awesome to think that whilst some people have slept, the city never sleeps and is a 24/7 party place. Rachael and I went downstairs to the casino floor to grab some tea and coffee from the ...
