Today we spent the day around the hotel and on the strip. We got our first good sleep in today, I slept until 10!!! We had breakfast in the hotel at a bakery with was really nice. We spent the next 5 hours around the hotel and in the pool. At about 4:30 we left the hotel and caught the monorail ...
... headed in to the Venetian to hunt for the gondalas, but my god was this hotel amazing, as we strolled through the shops they had created a sky ceiling making you feel as if you were outside with blue skys. We eventually found the river with opera singing men and women taking people on a ride through the hotel. We strolled in and out of the various hotel, flamingo, harahs before finding ourselves outside the Bellagio where we watched the famous fountain show. ...

Seems as the hotel is off the main strip, they provide a free shuttle to and from the hotel.
We found this very helpful as we were travelling in a group of 5, which can be difficult finding a maxi taxi.
Location was perfect as we were not planning on hitting the night clubs in the strip, area felt very safe.
