    ... sitting on it. We walked out and jumped in a cab that brought us to our hotel in Miami Beach. We are right in the middle of the action and 2 blocks back from the beach. Great location, the room however is tiny but definitely comfortable enough. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they let us go out to the change rooms by the pool and get changed and have a shower. After a long day of travel it brought us back to life.     ... danger, so I refused to get out of the car. After talking with Gene on the phone, I learned that we were at a pump for LP gas. Many of the cars in Peru have dual fuel tanks. They do have everyone get out of the car when they fill with LP for safety!! Anyhow, our taxi driver went to a regular gas station and we stayed in the car, happy as clams. He was a very nice man and still got a good tip, and candy, from the two blondes.

    ... suitcase with a weight limit of 50 lbs. If you go over 50 lbs then you are subject to a $75 fine. So an overweight bag could cost $100. We decided to take a third bag to ensure the first two were well within weight requirements. So we arrived at SFO with 5 pieces of luggage that worked well for us.
