... our train so of course, we found a caffe and Blaine was happy with his 3rd Americano. :-) The first train we popped on had no more seats so we were dragging our bags through it for awhile bumping into everyone :-) jumped off at the Zurich intercity station and went to find the #9 platform to Chur... Whew! Up and down stairs with these bags has been hard! Stay tuned for St Moritz!
... we were so glad to finally get home at 4:11 in the morning and to see Melanie and Lily waiting for us. We were all very tires.

... It might be Ikea but it is not cheap, and we paid for them, not the contractor. Hopefully long term we won't have a problem. ... I wandered around the smithsonian campus. I looked at a mediocre landscape photography exhibit and was heading through a tunnel on my way out when I noticed there was a whole hallway full of photos. It was a summer photo contest for all of the smithsonian employees, researchers and interns. It was the coolest photo thing I've seen on the trip and I'm glad I didn't miss it. The guy I was supposed to stay with tonight never returned my phone call, voicemails, ...
... This is the factory where all of our US money is printed. This tour allows you to watch, from behind glass, how the money actually being printed. Elias was disappointed, however, because he thought we would be close to the printers to see how the machines work, etc. I chuckled to myself at his naivety!
