Of course the barbeque brisket, ribs, turkey and sausage was delightful and the patrons are allowed into the BBQ pit area for photos. Sue was prepared for the limited vegetarian options: Potato Salad and Creamy Coleslaw served by the quart – yum!!

This was actually a planned event for me however as it gave time for Sarah's work to shoot her through an email to advise she had to head into work to complete some 'HR' related stuff....certainly a little difficult had we been on the road to Austin already!!!
