      ... statue. Very cool down by Lady Bird lake. There were at least 15 thousand dogs down here, off leash. Doug was terrified by the shear number of critters running around so he stayed in the bag. Went into a hat shop maybe looking for a touring cap. Bzzzzz. Made in China. Nothing special. I heard some familiar guitar at one point from across the road. It was Hendrix "Third Stone from the Sun" coming out of this vacant little spot with a peace sign on the end wall. ...

      Wow the road from laredo to austin is basically straight... Actually.. Its totally straight

      ... policy for most places and you just cant drink etc and usually put a stamp on you saying underage. Everyone was really nice and we had a ball. Saw some cool cars,played a few games of cornhole and met some nice people who welcomed us! Time passed so quickly listening to music and looking at everything and we finally arrived home around 1:30. It is an early morning and a long drive to New Mexico tomorrow so we all pretty much just passed out when we hit the matress! Thanks Texas :)
