    ... road back to Calgary. However, now that I am back in Calgary does not mean that my travelling is over, as on Saturday, three friends from school and I are going to Edmonton for two days, where we will go to the West Edmonton Mall waterpark. We are hoping the roads will be safe as temperatures are supposed to drop to -10 which can make highway driving dangerous. We are hoping to have fun and I hope all of you have a fun and safe weekend as well. See you next time ...

    What a day!
    Picked up from Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise by bus --- disappointed we did not have longer here - just might have to come back - this is the most unbelievable place on earth
    We drove back to Banff, stopped at the bow falls, had some free time to wander the streets and have lunch in Banff.

    ... snow. The by-laws in Calgary state that after the snow fall stops residents have 24 hours to clear footpaths (side-walks) parallel and perpendicular to their property. I believe this is part of everyone doing their bit to increase safety and access for all. Plus, if residents take care of that the city workers can focus on clearing and sanding roads.
