    ... began, performed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (better known as 'Mounties') on their horses. Soon after, the competition began. It was set up as a tournament, and from opening day on Friday through to today was 'Pool A' competing for spots in the final on the closing weekend, and from the Tuesday afterwards to the Friday was 'Pool B'.     Calgary. Our next stop involves remains of the 1988 Winter Olympics. This place is still used for training facilities. We already went to Whistler to find the remains of the 2010 Winter Olympics, so Calgary was next.
