    This morning I'm trying to figure out how to get my leg on to go out to breakfast. There's really no room in this little sleeper car, but I'll figure something out. Breakfast is included.     Traveled this morning to Middlebury, Illinois. We are in Elhart County, which is the heart of the Indiana Amish. Our first destination was the Jayco Factory tour.
