... tried a shaved ice dessert (yes, even though it was freezing cold outside). It was different from Western shaved ice, in that this had a milk base, which gave the ice a nicer softer texture. It had some almond meal and rice-cake topping which was interesting, and it went all went really well together.

... Seoul Tower. The room was spacious and comfortable for the two of us.

First stop, we went to Myeong Dong. The legendary shopping district where you can spend hours there. Probably because it was Winter. We did not really buy alot in this trip. As we won't be able to use those clothes and shoes in sunny Singapore. But i hope to visit Korea again during Autumn or Spring!

... meal I have ever enjoyed in my life. It was a multi-course meal that we ate on the 38th floor of the Lotte Hotel in a private room overlooking Seoul. Everything they brought me was vegetarian, and they even explained the ingredients to me as they served the dishes! As if funding my summer wasn't enough, they even brought Colin and I small gifts and requested that we in return "tell our friends about Korea."
