... which could fire 100 arrows all at the same time, a huge 1462 Bell and a water operated striking clock.

When we came out of the Palace the guards had changed and we were able to get some good pictures. Fortunately they were very obliging at having photos taken rather like our guards outside Buckingham Palace.

The ship was decorated for Chinese New Year and we had a party in the atrium. The clocks were going back an hour so we did not mind being late up yet ...

... enough aust cash for dinner. Sydney demonstrated its stupidity by providing two traffic jams en route : one for the bledisloe cup, the other for the a-league derby. Airport experience uneventful, other than noting that Tori's training regime has actually cured her of maccas. Like!! Flying over wollemi nat. ... and back up the fairly steep slope. Oh and the hard hats are crucial because everyone bumps their heads in the North Korean tunnel - I did; just the once mind.

We got back to base just after 15:00 so it was a packed morning but really interesting and I would heartily recommend this tour.

For those of you who know that I collect magnets from places I visit, my one for South Korea is a DMZ magnet, with the South Korean guard in his Taekwando pose.
