    On a bit of a whim we decided to ditch the idea of going to Bern, Switzerland and instead head to my favourite stop in Europe, Munich! An epic 7.5 hr train journey included stops at Lusanne, where we hunted for a Denner supermarket to get snacks, and Zurich, where we wandered for an hour in its epic train station.     ... in some of the shops and we also watch the clock tower chime and the wooden figures inside move around it was so cool watching them dance about but it took 8 minutes for the bell to stop.

    ... fee. After a long, sweaty hike uphill, we made it to the top - the view from the Marienbrucke bridge was spectacular! After walking around the castle for a while, we decided to hike back down and grab a tasty lunch at a restaurant in Hohenschwangau.
