... had said the trip would take and thankfully it ended up at the right place. Somehow I ended up at the airport with plenty of time to kill. But I had plenty of Japanese Yen to get rid of and expecting a similar flight to the Jetstar one I made sure to have a good feed. I also made a trip to the duty free store to buy some Japanese souvenirs, chopsticks and a cute four piece Sake kit.

... end the day we caught up with two of Caitlin's friends in the area for a light show. We walked around with our beer and took in the beautiful displays then headed on for more food and drinks before calling it a night. We headed to our hotel in Nagoya and found a small room with basically just a bunk bed in it, though for $20 each it was more than fine.

... soup with one of the teachers from Caitlin's school at a little hut tucked away in the middle of nowhere. An older gentleman brought our food into the one room hut and cooked live fish in front of us. An experience to say the least, but all so delicious and fresh. Plus plenty of warm sake to help it all go down :)
