... I stopped before Edinburgh on a hill where there are many wind turbines (on the A68). I slept there. I have a horrible mouth ulcer at the point where your gum meets the inside of your lip. It is very painful and seemed to be tiring me out. Never mind.

Skirting around Edinburgh felt a little peculiar. I decided this experience would not include the capital. An hour or so. I arrived in historic Stirling which was bustling with ...

... Despite missing sunset we found it and took a photo of this pretty cool lighthouse. We set up in the decrepit looking car park and held out for the night, feeling gross from lack of shower and Burger King for dinner (it was fast) and me semi conscious of the moment. Later that night I remember sitting out by myself at dusk, which lasts forever, sipping my beer and reminding myself I was ...

Favourite place? None, or all of them to be more correct. Its not any one place but the trip as a whole entity which is my favourite. I've created a memorable journey and for me that is the important thing. I'll be able to sit by the fire on cold winter evenings, snug in my ...

... they had no warning. They couldn't make one last phone call to say 'I love you'. They were literally falling to their death. That would be so terrifying.

I feel so much for the families and friends of those who died. People who were just going out for a pint on a Friday night, and never came back.

It makes you think about what is important eh? At least I can get up for work. I have that option. That choice. That freedom.

    I am wealthy.
