... I turned around immediately and headed back for the car. Just 1.2kms of pave shook me to bits....and my bike. I was struggling to ride faster than 20kmh. I now understand what they mean about the cobbles and I also understand why there are so many crashes.

I can only marvel at how the pros can cover this surface at >45kmh and what's more they do 60km of pave in the race. Any wonder they ...

I technicallyt corssed the french border while still on UK soil. Passport checks were done near dover before been put in the tube and taken under the eurotunel

It was a fun time going under the english channel on this wagon train.

i arrived at lile at 7pm but i had no idea this was the stop. I stayed on by mistake
