Stars Antibes

After brekkie it was onto Menton which is a lovely little town just before the Italian border. Menton is a much more down to earth place than its neighbours and more our scene. We found a park right on the beach and went for a wander and took in sum much needed sun. Next stop Italia!!<br>

Biot-Glass Blowing<br>After a day lounging at the beach we got back to being busy. We began our day by going into the small town of Biot to a glass blowng factory. They are known for their bubbled glass. We were able to watch 3-4 men impressively blow glass into beautiful wine glasses, bottles and plates. It was easy to tell the master from the apprentice when he grabbed the blowing pipe from the less experienced artisan and talked him down in front of all of us and his coworkers ...

Eventually we found a park, and after the success of the little tourist "train" in Cannes found the equivalent in Nice as a way of seeing far more that we could by walking around.
