... I think if it was on a quiet road with no houses opposite it would have a completely different feel to it, the seedy feel that you see in horror movies or here about in the news. Haha! ... to drive this car out to LAX in the morning so I attacked the day with about 4 hours sleep, plus the hostel backs onto the big post office so they are up and noises from about 4:30.
Taking the car back wasn't too bad except I didn't have a proper address so google maps just took me to the st it as on, a frigging massively long st so I had to pull down a side st and find an actual street address, all good cursing to the depot, go to pull in and it's ...
... were able to jump, it was quite entertaining. Next was the snake enclosures, they had so many different snakes I saw, Colombian Rainbow Snake, an Emerald Tree Snake, a South-American Bushmaster, a Cotton Mouth Snake and then my favourite snake out of all them was the California King-Snake.

... stopping off at Muscle beach (couldn't believe shiny men in speedos lifting weights at the beach actually exist outside of films!), the acrobatics park where some of the people were amazing to watch and Santa Monica pier for the fairground and shrimp.
We enjoyed it so much we went back and did exactly the same thing the next day.
The day after we thought it was time to be a bit more touristy and we went to see the Hollywood Walk of Fame ...
