We had a wonderful flight with Delta! Kelly and I had our own row and were served dinner, snacks, breakfast & even some cheap vino while spending the hours watching free movies on our personal TVs and snoozing with complimentary eye pillows and ear plugs. The 5 min cab ride to my Verona hotel was jaw dropping, churches, ancient walls, arches and streets so tiny you would think they were for pedestrians only. We woke up early and headed out to explore. Our first stop was Sforza Castle which was built in the 15th century by the Duke of Milan, on the remains of a 14th-century fort, and served as a residence for Milan's ducal family. You can walk all around the gardens of the castle which are decorated with pretty flowers.
