Our curries were really good too, with extra garlic as asked, but each curry literally had a full garlic each in it I think, the curry was full of it! We were right to never judge a book by it's cover! We needed to find some wifi though to look at hotels in kerela... We walked down the mandrem strip about 3 times, I nearly gate crashed a Hindu wedding party, I was drawn to the music! Good job ...

... We spent some time in the living room, helping uncle maurice with his tablet, looking at old irish books, watching some tv, plaiting hair and receiving more presents from Rajashree, crazy lady!!! We wished uncle maurice goodnight and soon after headed to bed ourselves to type! Lovely to be back in maurices company, we feel very welcome.

Goood night world, tomorrow is a new adventure.

Despite their complete disregard for personal space ...

... car and headed out to the north of Goa. The original plan was to meet up with Kanu's old friend, who was in Goa for work seminars, but the Goan night life had seen the better of her, so we decided to take a rain check until the next morning. We headed further up the coast towards Anjuna, known for its laid back, on the back of beyond, hippy character- this was the Goa I had in mind before I visited. You know ...

That's Goa, a unique place, and for me it just worked like that. At the end of a week there, I felt so full of energy that it wouldn't fit in my body. Igal left earlier than me, continued his trip. Luckily I met another cool guy, this time one from my same country, Ruben. He, Oli and I chilled together the last few days, which were a bit more relaxed than at first. Ate some delicious Indian and western food, had some beers in a ...
