... They were good and the chicken was cooked well so all good. Our curries were really good too, with extra garlic as asked, but each curry literally had a full garlic each in it I think, the curry was full of it! We were right to never judge a book by it's cover! We needed to find some wifi though to look at hotels in kerela... We walked down the mandrem strip about 3 times, I nearly gate crashed a Hindu wedding party, I was drawn to the music! Good job ...

Despite their complete disregard for personal space ...

... but this apparently wasn't worth putting on show, so we never got to see it.

Across the road was the Basilica of Bom Jesus, the final resting place of St Francis Xavier, and apparently a far bigger pull to the masses, packed as it was inside. One of the curious rules of all three places we saw was that they did not permit any photos being taken of people. ... planning on unpacking and having an early night when I got talking to a really nice couple from Leeds-Abbie and Mark. They invited me along for dinner, so after we for ready we headed back down to the beach and had a huge red snapper fish between us which was delicious, and several drinks. We headed down to the bar at the end of the beach for some cocktails. Needless to say i still haven't had a Xmas day without a hangover in a long ...
