BAD NEWS!
So far everything has been going swimmingly, the right stamps issued by the right departments, just one more to get, and Ted rang to say he wants to meet at Gregs apartment...
The last government department said NO to Teds application to sponsor a Z visa and residence permit application. No explanation, I meet or exceed their requirements, no reasons listed for the declined application... Just No.
So I am on a job hunt again!

Arrival at last.
The landing was a little off, there was a rainstorm flooding the runway as we landed and the plane swayed from side to side as it braked down the runway, I presume the plane was hydroplaning or the puddles were slowing one side more than the other or something, but a very rough and wobbly landing once touched down.
So after that it was out of the baggage ...

I saw innumerable tombs, all with devotional statues to fallen heroes of the PRC, wizened masters of the seal engravers society, and other luminaries. I visited the provincial museum, which has examples of a type of ceramic used only in Zhejiang province, made with Celedon. The earliest were from the Western Zhou dynasty period, well over two thousand years old. ...

The ordeal over, I caught another cab outside the hospital grounds. As I was fastening my seat belt, I noticed that the driver had his on too. Something I have literally never seen before. I said "You do rightly! My friend just had a [smashed my hands together to indicate crash here] and I just left the hospital." He responded. "Oh. Yeah. You should always wear a seat belt." ...
