We depended a lot on Rick Steves for this trip, and according to his guidebook (Page 167, "Rick Steve's Germany 2011"), we'll be able to get EUR5 discount from Panorama Tours - one of the operators for the "Sound of Music" tour.
Maybe fatigue set in and we completely forgot about it and only realised later when we paid EUR37 for the tour …
We didn't want to waste precious time, hence, we woke up a bit earlier just to visit Schonbrunn Palace which was just about 5-10 minutes walk from our hotel. We bought the Classic Pass at EUR19.50 which allowed us to cover 5 places - Tour of the Palace, Privy Garden, Gloriette, Maze & the Apple Strudel Show.

... the Palaces. Hofburg and the Schonbrunn. Both are amazing. Of course they are!! But From everything I've ever heard, most of these people weren't very happy. It's the age-old adage; money doesn't buy happiness. I hope you'll enjoy seeing the pictures though.
