Today on Day 3 of Taiwan Experience Week, we went to an Aboriginal Park. During the process, we learned how the natives of Taiwan lived before the Chinese took over Taiwan. But, most of the students only wanted to go on the rides. The ride Space Mountain is different from other rides. It was meant to be ridden in the dark, so when we thought we were going up, we were actually going down. Apart from the entertainment, ...

... NO HEATER IN THIS HOUSE! Oh boy I wanted to send a complaint to them immediately. It was not even seven and there were scarce street lamps on the roads here. We thought we couldn't have gone to bed at 7pm so we headed out to a shopping mall nearby with our torches. It was pretty crowded there, with lots of shops still opened, people hanging out in the shops and the enormous 7-11 lol We bought ourselves coffee and hot chocolate.

rented a scooter for the 100km trip into the mountains to climb taiwan's highest peak, Yushan.

stopped for a 5km sidetrip to Fenihu...walk around, eat railway lunch box.
move on to Yushan, get my police permit organized, eat and get to sleep.
