... the previous days "ordeal" but we managed to meet up with friends Jordan and Rachel who are working in Dubai and who kindly invited us for a superb lunch followed by the inevitable round of Shisha pipe smoking. We ended the day with Mike, Jean and the girls enjoying an Indian takeaway and reminiscing about previous escapades in Asia where we had first met.

Waterpark Day!
... t go up I don't wana freak out n have to come bk down, such a nause I am. So they tried. to convince me but I really just couldn't! So we went to Barasti instead but glad we did as marjia came to meet us so got to see her and say bye, had pizza too, amazing! Said bye to them all and it was my last night in Dubai sad times! No electric upstairs at the Williams' all the problems came when I came apparently! Oops!!! Last night then flight out to jo'Burg tomorrow, exciting times ...
Goodbye Dubai!
We've had a great time in Dubai. Spent a lot of time at the pool - despite the heat! We also went to Wild Wadi water park, visited some malls (very restrained shopping since our cases are already full) and had some great meals, including our favourite...Nandos! Ewan played a round of golf on the par 3 course with mum & dad but I passed up on being a caddy and sunbathed instead.
